Profile

Kathy is a Registered Psychologist committed to assisting people to work through life challenges in a way that is meaningful to them.

Through her experience working across various settings, such as Job Active, Employee Assistance Programs, NDIS, short-term intervention services and in private practice, Kathy’s devotion to the field of mental health has continued to grow.

She provides a warm and supportive approach to therapy and assessment with the aim of assisting clients in creating lasting change. To address the unique needs of every client, Kathy draws from theories and evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Positive Psychology, Mindful Self-Compassion and Solution-Focused Therapy.

Kathy is passionate about unlocking the true potential of individuals by providing comprehensive and insightful Attention-Deficit/ Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) assessments. She understands that ADHD can profoundly impact every aspect of life, and identifying it accurately is the first step towards empowerment and growth.

Her approach to assessments is driven by the belief that no two individuals are alike and that ADHD manifests uniquely i each person. Her process is thorough and personalised, aiming to gain a deeper understanding of her clients' strengths and challenges, helping to build the knowledge and confidence to navigate life.
